Morgan was born on July 2nd 1989 (Alex Morgan age: 30) to Pamela and Michael Morgan. Morgan was raised by her parents in Diamond Bar, Los Angeles. Morgan played many sports throughout her early years, but didn't really like soccer until she turned 14. Morgan then joined the Cypress Elite club team, winning the Coast Soccer League under-16 championship and finishing in third in the under-19 bracket.
