Susan Sarandon Bio

It was the 1968 Democratic Convention and there was a casting need for a film with a variety of parts for young people who interrupted it. Tim Robbins (1988), her Bull Durham supporting actor, already had two sons by the year 1992, which placed Sarandon in a position where she could leave home and pursue difficult roles.
